Basic ICT training:
Today was a hot day outside and inside our training class where our brains were cooking ideas one after the other! It's official!!! Each partecipant has now a e-mail address, a facebook account and a BLOG!
Today we learnt:
- How to create a blog
- How to choose the appropriate template
- How to post articles on it
- How to import pictures and videos to your blog
- How to add gadgets as subscrivers and links
- How to introduce yourself and your product in English

Today and yesterday, each partecipant of the Thai ASEAN Homeworkes seminar, have presented the actual situation of the homeworkers and of ICT level in their own country.
Each one of them not only shared a sequence of data but their feelings about the current situation, about their culture, traditions and religion, showing us pictures and mainly the very soul of their country.
For the listener has been like travelling in those countries without actually being there.
More than once I closed my eyes and I felt like being in streets of those countrys, smelling local odors and imagining the face of people crossing my path, simply a unique experience!!!!
I feel the urge to thank them for this free trip all around South Est Asia.

Sun was shining over the beautiful STOU congress hall when all the representatives from the ten ASEAN countries join the conference room. A beautiful day to start what is going to be a unique learning experience for all of us. Two weeks to share each country's cases and come out with innovative idea to improve home-based workers quality of life.
The president of the STOU welcomed us as only the modest Thai can. With the help of Dr. Kalmorat jokes and joyful presence she managed to create a very harmonious atmosphere, nonetheless the excitement was in the air. |

Today is the first day of training! We separated in two groups, the advanced one is with Mr O and Francesco on the 5th floor in the computer room. The basic one is with Darinka in the close by university building.
In both training classes we are doing some great progress!!
